Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES (Please Read Carefully!)
Estimated delivery times begin once Australia Post has collected your order from our premises. Delivery timeframes do not refer to the number of days after you place your order.
Once your parcel has been collected, Serendipity Rd has no control over delivery times. For updates, please use the tracking number provided in your confirmation email or contact Australia Post directly.
POSTAL FEES & CHARGES
We do not charge any handling fees.
Shipping charges are calculated automatically based on the weight and destination of your order. You can view the shipping cost by adding items to your shopping cart and entering your address during checkout.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Under Australian Consumer Law, we guarantee each product is of acceptable quality at point of sale online. Each product is fit for the purpose for which it is to be used, is safe, free of defects and acceptable in appearance and finish.
All care will be taken in the packaging and shipment of products to avoid damages in transit. If you receive a damaged product please contact us immediately at serendipityrd.art@gmail.com and attach photos of the unopened damaged item.
Please note we will only either replace with exact same item or refund the cost of item. We do not replace a damaged item with another product.
